I am a mobile Certified Loan Signing Agent and can receive e-docs. I have even been known to accept loan signings for odd hours of the evening or morning. I have been certified by Intuit as a Certified Professional Advisor for their Quicken, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Pro software. I also specialize in accounting and support for my clients who use Yardi Systems Software and Intuit Software. I also own Princess And Lords, an event production company, through this company I produce events such as weddings, seminars & receptions. I have earned the coveted title of Certified Wedding Specialst and have been recognized as an expert in Hispanic Weddings and Quinceaneras. I am a Non-Denominational Minister and can perform wedding ceremony services in the state of California. I am currently licensed by the County of Los Angeles to issue Confidential Marriage Licenses, however, I will be moving to San Bernardino County and will need to be licensed in that county and resign my appointment in Los Angeles County.
