Hours
Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM. Julie prefers to receive loan packages at least several hours in advance of a signing so she can make sure everything is in order and ask pertinent questions prior to the actual signing appointment.
Experience
Julie is certified by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent. She recently passed the California Real Exam and is in the process of obtaining her Real Estate license. She is also attending classes to become a Loan Officer, so she is familiar with the real estate and loan process and with loan document packages.
As a former Technical Writer, Julie pays attention to details, follows instructions to the letter, and double and triple-checks all her work. She understands the need for accuracy, accountability, and timeliness. Julie is prompt, professional, honest, and reliable.
