Kathy has extensive experience in loan signing documentation and has written "TSR Professional Skills Training Guide" for those new to the loan signing industry. Her prior experience includes working as a Consumer Reporter and Legal Administrator.

I don't leave home without it! (the SR Training Guide) I find it is an invaluable reference. When borrowers have questions I don't know the answer to (or doubt myself) I just let them know I have a "reference guide" and will find the answer for them. They like that - it's almost like it enforces the correctness of the answer because you are using a reference book to find the answer.
