East Coast Title currently offers title searches, title insurance, loan settlements, and foreclosure services for the State of New Jersey. When I send a QualityCloser notary out to meet a client, I know that the closing will absolutely be completed every time. The most notable example of this dedication was shown to me during a closing Ankit performed in April 2007. Ankit stayed with the client for over five hours until she was completely satisfied with all aspects of her loan. In addition to that, Ankit assisted the broker himself in fulfilling all the questions the client presented. The client was able to understand every aspect of the mortgage note and Ankit remained at the client’s home until midnight and until that package was signed.
