I have worked with such lenders as Citibank, and Bank One reviewing and preparing mortgage documentation. I have also with with commericial and SBA lenders reviewing construction disbursements and contracts with loans. I have also worked for attorneys closing loans in New York State as the representative of the lender. I know the lender requirements, and intimately know all the documents. I have been a Signing Agent in Arizona for over 6 years.
