Experience
Bobbi Scherrer has many years of experience as a Notary Public. An expert in notary services she provides her customers, she has shared her knowledge with thousands of aspiring notaries during the past years as a sought-after notary trainer. Bobbi recently earned the California Notary Public Instructor designation, a requirement by California law in order to teach approved 6-hour classes. Students who attend her class and pass the CA exam are eligible for their California notary public commission.
With a history of teaching, Bobbi excels as a trainer. She has taught grades K through college in Stanislaus County and served as an advisor on various education committees. As Associate Executive Director for the March of Dimes, she was a health educator for 15 California.
Bobbi received her B.A. in Speech Science from California State University, Stanislaus, and her Lifetime Teaching Credential from the State of California.
As the former owner of Bear Postal and Business Center in Modesto, Bobbi understands how to develop a small business, and translated those lessons learned into her notary service and instruction business. She and Gerrie Pierre-Fleurimond, both honored as "Notaries of the Year" by the National Notary Association, have created a Marketing Strategies Program to help notaries build their business and become successful entrepreneurs. Bobbi also teaches a Notary Loan Signing Agent class and Advance Topics for Notaries.
She has not rested on her laurels but continues to expand the Notary Task Force of the Central Valley and holds frequent meetings to improve the understanding and knowledge of Notaries Public.
Certifications and Awards
Honored in 1995 with the most prestigious award presented by the National Notary Association: "Notary of the Year" for her outstanding work in the community improving the image of the important office of Notary Public.
