Experience
Carol Salter has been a licensed Notary for the state of Colorado since 1997. As Office Coordinator for McKee Medical Center, a Banner Health Hospital in Loveland, she found her niche in medical notarization. Carol wanted to share her experience and knowledge in this challenging field, so she developed and presented a highly effective training program for other notaries in the Loveland hospital. She then created a real-time "televideo" program to train notaries at Banner Health facilities throughout Colorado. Carol is now developing an online program to be used in learning labs at Banner facilities in Western and Midwestern states. Recognized for her expertise, Carol was asked to comment on a bill before a Colorado Senate committee concerning requirements for licensing notaries in the state.
Certifications and Awards
Carol was honored as the National Notary Association's Notary of the Year for 2005.
