Service can be provided at your home, business, or agreed upon location. Services include: Acknowledgements, Affidavits, Jurats, and Fingerprinting. Proper ID is required for any Notary Service performed.

LOAN SIGNING SERVICES CURRENTLY NOT PROVIDED.
Although Iris has completed NNA training and is an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, she cannot provide loan closing services in Maryland at this time, pending completion of her title insurance licence and acquiring a surety bond.

Experience
Iris Williams began her Notary career in 2006. Her mission is to uphold the Maryland State law while providing attention to detail, knowledgeable and professional service. She completed a 15 year career in Information Computer Technology and Customer Service. Six of those years were spent in the Information Assurance specialty are. She holds a Masters Degree in Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
