I am also a Notary Signing/Closing Agent, certifed through 123 Notary and the National Notary Association, as well as GLBA compliant. I specialize in RESPA Signings, Refinance, HELOC, Modifications, Purchase transactions, Reverse Mortgages, Split Signings, etc.

My office is up-to-date and fully equipped with two computers, one laptop with wireless modem, high speed internet, one fax machine with dedicated fax line, three printers (HP LaserJet with dual trays, HP Laserjet with single tray, HP Photosmart All-in-One printers, scanner, copier), Blackberry Smartphone (which receives email correspondence within seconds of being sent while I am out of the office)
