Laura Underwood started Above the Line Signing in February of 2006. She was trained by experienced Certified Notary Signing Agents who taught her the ins and outs of being a Mobile Notary/Notary Signing Agent. As of July 2007 she has completed about 290 loan packages. Laura is experienced in most types of loan packages including, HELOC, Refinance, Refinance with cash out, 1st and 2nds, Home Equity Loan, Purchases, Quit Claim Deeds, Lease Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, Modification Agreements, SBA, and Non-borrowing Spouse packages.
