Service Area

We are proud to primarily service sixty-five of Mississippi's eighty-two counties. Our primary service counties include both north, central counties as well as the Mississippi Delta.
The southern most or coastal counties are serviced usually with a secondary interest and applicable fees commensurate with document type/s to be executed with consideration to travel, etc.
However with the new growth and rebuilding of the (17) coastal counties post Katrina '05 destruction, a qualified notary and signing agent will be employed w/60 days to service this area - based from the Jackson, MS metro area. The growth counties in N.W. Mississippi- south of Memphis,TN - (Tunica -Casino area, Desoto, Hernando counties, etc.) all serviced by me from less than (100) miles away.

With almost (20) years of experience in the commercial funding industry, as a former client, I understand the importance of experienced notary personnel who are prompt, responsible and courteous to one's clients. Therefore, regardless of the location requested for document execution (client's residence, business, my office)we travel with an agreed on time execution of 87%.
Our goals are to be timely, documentation savvy and execution with the utmost courtesy to both parties of the transaction.
Digital imagery of picture I.D. and other requirements of identification are available on request.
With flexible hours of need for the parties, our earliest signing was 6:45 a.m. (prior to husband/wife departing for the work day) and the latest has been (several) 8:00 p.m. and normally final review and depart borrower's home at 11:10 p.m. Even though we are considered "independent contractors", we have a tremendous responsibility to you both.

Experience

With almost (20) years commercial lending industry and (14) as a notary and signing agent, we understand the needs of both parties. Time constraint's, rescheduled appoints because of loan wording or mishaps - no problem. We are 89% prompt for all appointed executions regardless of location and document requirement/s. We desire 100% satisfaction delivered for both parties.
NOTE: We grade each transaction completion with a prepared subjective and objective criteria.
To become a loan officer, factoring agent an Asset Based Loan agent took years of qualification including on the job training, BBA - Marketing and Finance (University of MS) and several associate courses from the Louisiana School of Banking. Years of bank employment assisted C E in many ways with mandatory learning modules for certification of various levels of achievement.
Continuing education is on-going as it should for the people who are inspired to be the best and that is what we desire to obtain and always known for this trait to our clients.
