Experience counts. I have the necessary skills and experience to conduct a friendly and fast loan signing.
With over a decade of experience in real estate law, I have worked closely with mortgage brokers and lenders. I have personally worked with borrowers on hundreds of loan signings in conjunction with their real estate purchases and refinancing needs.
I know how to explain the loan documents in terminology the borrowers can understand. I am extremely familiar with construction loans, refinance transactions, first, second, and HELOC mortgages.
I stay up-to-date on changes to state notary laws and industry technology.
