Experience

As a former notary public and legal secretary from New Jersey, I am delighted to have returned to my roots and to be working in the real estate field. Since obtaining my California Notary Commission in 2005 I have signed over 2,500 loans. These loans were purchases, refinances, HELOC, Adjustable Rate, Fixed Rate, Interest-Only and Reverse mortgages. I have also notarized real estate documents for the sale of properties and am well versed in signing loans when the property is held by a Trust.

I am also available for general notarizations. Fees for general notary services are in accordance with the regulations specified by the State of California, Secretary of State. On occasion, I network with a small number of signing agents who are certified. When I am not available to accept a signing due to a scheduling conflict, I refer clients to these qualified individuals who are known to me to be professional, knowledgeable and accurate.

In addition to being a Loan Signing Agent, I am a certified as a Loan Signing Agent Coach. I am under contract with California LoanSigner101.
