Experience

Victoria Rivera began her career in loan-document signing in 1996, and two years later started her own company. She has performed hundreds of notarizations every year since and established herself as an expert in the signing industry. Following her desire to raise standards and increase competency among notaries, she developed training programs and materials offered by the Florida Mobile Notary Association & Services, Inc. (FLMNA). She served as Director of Membership and Training for FLMNA 2000 - 2003.

Earlier in her life, Victoria served in the United States Marine Corp and was honorably discharged after 13 years. She earned Associate Degrees in Applied Science in Paralegal Technology and in Accounting Technology, graduating with honors.

Certifications and Awards

The National Notary Association chose Victoria as a 2004 Special Honoree, stating "Few people have done more to lead the way for Notary Signing Agents..."

She was selected as Signing Agent of the Year in 2000 by the National Association of Signing Agents (now a section of NNA).

Served on the National Advisory Council, GoGetNotary.com, 2005 to 2007.
