New Marketing Book for Reverse Signing Agent Work

Just released a few months ago, my new book on marketing, Marketing for Reverse Mortgage Notary Signing Agent Work, couldn’t have come at a better time considering the current state of the real estate and mortgage industries:

  • Reverse Mortgages are the only growing part of the refinance market.
  • Volume of home loan refinances has declined to a trickle.
  • Title companies are paying ridiculously low fees to notaries as they demand more work.

The Reverse Mortgage market is not affected by the subprime shutdown because credit scores are irrelevant to qualifying for a HUD-backed Reverse Mortgage (the borrowers need only be 62+ and have equity).


With this book, you’ll learn how to get paid your quoted fee instead of taking the low fees named by title companies. Also covered are what marketing materials you need ($75 total cost first year, less after that), what words the materials should contain, how to find prospective clients, what to say to them, and more. Everything is set out in a step-by-step chronological way to make the tools easy to learn and apply.

You will not be marketing to title companies, signing agencies, or borrowers. The approach is entirely unique and is not in any other book on marketing for notaries, past or present. The strategies are those I developed while running a law firm with a strong senior clientele; plus, I have been using and improving these tools in my own Reverse Mortgage loan work for well over a year.

To successfully use the advice in this book, you need to be an experienced Notary Signing Agent. You will need to invest many hours of work in the first few months. After that, little work is required.
