The second month of 2008 is upon us, and we’re continuing to hope that new foreclosures stop increasing and the inventory of homes for sale starts decreasing. There are positive signs that actions will be taken this year to reverse the trend we’re in now. Keep marketing in the meantime and look for other sources of income. This month, we have a couple articles related to Reverse Mortgages—which aren’t affected by the lending downturn. Another article is related to Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants.
