Summer hasn’t started yet and we’re already seeing wild weather around the country: tornadoes, floods, severe thunderstorms, heat waves, and freak snow storms. And now we can’t eat raw tomatoes! Hope all of you and your families are safe and well.

ARE YOU SLEEP DEPRIVED?

This has nothing to do with business, but I’m including it because sleep is essential to energy and attitude. If you, like me, have had problems falling asleep (I had to leave the TV on) or waking up and not going back to sleep (more TV), you may benefit from this program. Over the years, I’ve tried hypnosis tapes, sound machines, special pillows and doctors’ tips but nothing helped. Then I stumbled across PZIZZ.com and downloaded a FREE 15-minute sleep program. You can listen to it on on an mp3 player (preferably with speakers not earphones at night) or burn it to a cd. To get the full program, you’d pay about $30, but I haven’t been able to get through the first 5 to 10 minutes, so I don’t need the paid longer version. I fall asleep in minutes and have even slept straight through the night. If I wake up, I turn on the ipod and I’m out again in a few minutes. I’m not an affiliate, don’t own stock, know anyone in the company or have any financial gain from sharing this info. But I know you’ll be telling everyone about this wonderful program, too, if it works for you.
