Don't Forget Your Profile, Signature and Photo!

Don't forget to create your profile and signature. Click on User Control Panel, upper left below the date. Create your Profile first, then select Edit Signature. This will be your default signature which will appear at the bottom of all your posts.

To add a live link to your signature:
Enter your web page or website address (or both), highlight it, and select URL in the menu bar above the text box. This puts [url]and[/url] around your web address. Select Preview below the text box to see how your signature looks. If it's okay, hit Submit. If not, go back and edit.

(If you want to post a comment without the signature (but why would you?), you can uncheck "Attach a signature" in the Options for each post.)

To add a photo, logo or graphic:
Still under User Control Panel/Profile, select avatar.* You can upload an image or link to your photo on another site. Maximum dimensions: width 100 pixels, height 140pixels, file size 200kB. We don't have any images for you to choose from in the "Gallery" yet, but we may add some in the future.

*An avatar is a graphic image (originally an illustration) that represents you in the virtual world. You can post an illustration or a photo, whatever you want to connect with your posts.
