If you do not abide by this request, you agree that (1) your Membership will be terminated for cause and you will forfeit all fees paid; (2) an email will be sent to all Members and a similar notice posted on the public Forum announcing that your actions have violated the Privacy Policy and that your Membership has been terminated for said actions, and (3) GoGetNotary.com' IT will make every effort to block you and any members of your company from accessing GoGetNotary.com. Membership reinstatement if requested may be considered in no less than six (6) months from termination at the sole discretion of GoGetNotary.com.

As a non-Member Guest visiting GoGetNotary.com, you agree in good faith that, in regard to Members' information you obtain through the website, you will respect each Member's right to privacy and will not solicit them for employment or promotional offers, or otherwise harass them. You agree that if, in the judgment of GoGetNotary.com, you are deemed to be using Members' information to solicit employment or promotional offers, or otherwise harass them, you will, upon request by GoGetNotary.com, cease and desist from such action. If you do not abide by this request, you agree that (1) an email will be sent to all Members and a similar notice posted on the Forum announcing that your actions have violated the Privacy Policy and (2) GoGetNotary.com' IT will make every effort to block you and any members of your company from accessing GoGetNotary.com. Removal of blocking if requested may be considered in no less than six (6) months from blocking action at the sole discretion of GoGetNotary.com.

Members are encouraged to assist with monitoring violations of the Privacy Policy by contacting GoGetNotary.com immediately upon receiving any solicitation or harassment that appears to be a result of your Membership. Send a message to support [at] gogetnotary.com.

5. Control of Your Password.

As a Member, you agree that you are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees charged to your account. If you share your User ID, password or other personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account. You understand that if you lose control of your password, you may lose control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password at "My Account" page.

6. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information.

You can review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the website and entering the new information yourself. We typically will not modify your personal information based on your request. You can change your User ID, password, contact information, financial information, user preferences and custom web page by going to "My Account" page. 7. Canceling Your Account.

You can cancel your membership for a full refund with 30 days of signup. After that 30-day period, you can request cancelation of your membership to remove your profile, listing and all postings but no refund will be provided in whole or in part To make this request, send your request to support@gogetnotary.com. Such information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Some personal information may be retained to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, assist with any investigations, enforce our Member Agreement and comply with legal requirements as permitted by law. However, such personal information, other than previous Forum postings (if any) will be removed from public and Member viewing and will only be available to select GoGetNotary.com personnel.

8. Other Information Collectors.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you and does not apply to your disclosures to third parties.
